The Beginners Only class is for individuals who want to make a dramatic change in their lives with the support of a strong community, regardless of their past or present fitness level.
The objective of the Beginners class is:
- To educate and answer questions about CrossFit
- To demonstrate scaling methods & techniques for CrossFit
- To ease into the intensity of CrossFit workouts
- To have fun & meet other gym members!
Our first CrossFit Beginners Only class is being held on APRIL 19th at 8am (FREE of charge).
A typical Beginners class is coached by Coach Shawn along with 1 to 4 other newbies. Immediately following is our general CrossFit class, which allows the opportunity to meet our current gym members and watch them WOD, if one chooses.
All you need to do is show up 15 minutes early so we can log you into our system and we take care of the rest!
