*Jump over the bar after each burpee

*Mark out lines in 5ft increments for the lunges, every 5ft is 1 rep
we will judge like the open. If you did jumping pull ups last year. but can do pullups this year You have two options

1) do jumping pull ups and see how you compare to last years score

2) do regular pull ups. ( pick me pick me)
