Paleo Fudgesicles

What you will need:
→  2 ripe avocados
→  1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
→  1/2 cup coconut sugar
→  1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
→  2 tbl coconut oil
→  1/3 cup coconut flakes

 Instructions:
1. open and de-pit avocado – process in food processor until smooth
2. add coconut milk & coconut oil to food processor and process until combined with avocado
3. at this point I took mixture out, put it into a mixing bowl and mixed both the coconut sugar and cocoa in by hand
4. finally, mix in coconut flakes
5. pour into popsicle molds or do it the old fashioned way with a dixie cup like I did – find out how to do that: here (if you are doing it this way buy some cute thick straws)
6. freeze for about 5 hours – I left mine in over night.
7. let thaw for a few minutes before eating
