pick a number between 5-15 and try and hold that number for all 10 min

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

4 min max effort burpees

rest 3 min

200 wall balls for time

subtract your total number of burpees from the 200 wall balls

I.E. if you do 50 burpees then you only have to do 150 wall balls

score is total time. but record number of burpees in the comments
