Strength: 1RM Push Press WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP 40 OHS 30 TTB 20 Barhop burpees 10 MU (20 chin ups & dips) I’ve never seen the muscle up shown at this angle but it shows how powerful that final forward hip pop has to be.
