This month we are trying something different than the RX bar.  It’s an old favorite of mine, but a new favorite of CrossFit, the Perfect Bar.  You may have seen these on CrossFit athletes instagram feeds lately.  In my opinion they are REALLY good, they are my favorite ‘bar’ snack and they are cheaper than RX bars.  You can check out their website here : or read about ingredients and how the bar is made below.
