WOD: 12 Min AMRAP

- 1/2 cup SFH protein
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Heat waffle iron according to instructions and coat with coconut oil.
- Combine protein powder, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined (mixture should be pretty thick).
- Pour batter onto waffle iron and use as directed. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Top with fruit, chocolate chips, nut butter, maple syrup, etc.
