Pre-Teen (Ages 9 & Up) | Teens Barbell Club (12 & up)

Littles Sundays @10:30am or Wednesday @3:30pm

Kids Tuesday/Wednesdays/Thursday (or Both) @6:15pm or @7:00pm

Kids Sunday 11:15- Noon

Pre-Teens Tuesday/Wednesdays/Thursday (or Both) @7:00pm

Teens Barbell Club Tuesday or Thursday (or Both) @ 3:30pm
