Our Classes + Services
Personal Introduction
A personal introduction and assessment for those who are new to CrossFit and CrossFit Lykos. During this introduction, you will view our facility, learn how our classes are organized and get a feel for what to expect from CrossFit. We also will talk about your own personal goals and expectations, free of charge.
CrossFit Classes
A group based classes lasting 60 minutes, programmed using the CrossFit methodology. Classes consist of a 10-15 minute warmup, a 15-20 minute strength portion, and a 10 - 20 min workout of the day with a 5 minute cool down and optional accessory work. HYROX
A competition-style training class lasting 60 minutes, programmed specifically to prepare you for the HYROX race format. Classes combine running intervals with the 8 functional workout stations you'll face on race day — Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. Whether you're chasing your first finish line or gunning for a PR, our HYROX Training Club classes build the endurance, strength, and race-day confidence to get you there. CrossFit Kids
Kids classes will include a skill, game, WOD and other fun lessons for your little one. Classes are 30 minutes for Littles & Kids, and 45 minutes for Pre-teens. Pre-Teen class will mirror the adult class with appropriate scaling options for the skill level.

Lifestyle + Nutritional Coaching
Looking to improve the way you feel each day? Not getting the results you want purely from exercise? (NOTE: You will never get them solely through exercise). Don’t know where to start when it comes to your nutrition? A coach will personally meet with you, discuss your goals & review your current habits. We will offer guidance into making REALISTIC and long lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle.
Personal Training
One on one, or small group private coaching. Our coaches will work directly with you from start to finish. We will be there to help coach and motivate you to ensure you are getting the most out of you workout. Warmups and workouts will be tailored to your individual fitness level. Our private coaching is ideal for individuals who: have specific fitness goals (strength, endurance, sport specific, etc), are new to fitness, prefer private training atmosphere.
